This property had a problem when it rained in a certain direction with moisture appearing above the heads of the windows and doors. We were also asked if we could do anything about where an old porch used to stand which still had traces of the old flashband used to seal the roof. The customer was also tired of the gloomy exterior so the decision was made to chemically clean and repoint with lime mortar.
